Fabulous apartment in the heart of Kazimiers! Beautiful and clean. It was really quiet too despite being central and next to bars. Highly recommend. There were a couple of areas where it can be improved; hooks should be provided in bathroom and bedrooms for ease; improve shower to avoid leaks. Staff were very helpful and speedy in responding prior to our stay. However, some details were lost in reality - sofa bed wasn’t prepared as a bed specially after requesting this and being acknowledged. Overall, still a great stay. Thank you.

Excellent location. Everything is within walking distance. It was built in the 14th century, most likely as someone's home. It is a boutique "hotel". The ground floor is a Michelin rated restaurant and the floors above have 1 apartment each. From the outside it looks like you are walking into a restaurant. Very interesting concept. We loved it. Food at the restaurant was amazing. Definitely NOT a tourist trap-like restaurant.

Hotel H12 is a lovely place to stay in Krakow. It’s good value for the money, clean, and conveniently situated near the main square. Everyone was very kind and the breakfast was good. Thanks!

An excellent well-placed 5 Star hotel just outside the Old Town but within 5min walk. the food in the hotel restaurant was excellent and at a very competitive price. The room was very large and quiet - in fact the whole hotel was queit even though it was full. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a quality hotel that is not in the Old Town itself.
